Start-up Complex Projects (incl. JV)
The aim of this event is to get to know the partners in the project with their goals, priorities, responsibilities, special features and also blind spots. Together we develop an understanding of the project with likely critical phases and uncertainties. This also allows synergies to be found and used. We set a clear starting point for the project and together define the product or requirements for it. This investment in the initial phase allows for focused work from the start and more clarity and overview. I am the facilitator of this event and bring exciting tools to achieve the goals. In addition, due to my broad experience in complex construction projects, I can ask many questions and mediate on different views. The time spent will pay off many times over in the course of the project. If necessary, we can also reflect on the cooperation during the course of the project, for example at important milestones, and optimise the organisation, processes or cooperation.
