For a group, the goals can be very different. Contact me to discuss the benefits and the approach for your team. The general procedure is as follows:

  1. Collecting concrete projects and experiences in groups
  2. Find recurring themes in these stories
  3. Create a WHY statement in the group
  4. Test and refine statement
  5. Share WHY statement, use in the company

How far you then share the WHY and what specifically you want to use it for is up to you. We can discuss this together. It can serve as an expression of the corporate culture or be used for strategic decisions and innovations. The process takes a total of at least 2 days in the core group. Participants should be people who represent the diversity of the company (both new and long-term employees from the different areas). It is important that the participants are really passionate about the company, care about the company and share the culture.

 

Find your WHY for Individuals

You can also find your WHY for yourself as a person. Your personal WHY is the key to fulfilment, flow, joy in all areas of life. There is no different WHY in your job, in your free time, in relationships with other people, in your holidays. There is only one’s own WHY. It is particularly motivating and inspiring to link one’s personal WHY with that of the team or the company and thus see the very personal contribution.
