I am Claudio Lehmann, founder and consultant at evores. As an engineer and management consultant, I am fully committed to making the existing potential in companies visible and utilising it. Start with the purpose of the company and use this knowledge in various areas. As an engineer I have a lot of experience with complex projects and interdisciplinary as well as international teams. My studies in management have given me an understanding and tools for innovation, strategy and collaboration.
As a human being, I am always in search of meaning, flow and development. As a mountaineer & explorer, I am always moving forward and have enough air for steep and long trails. I pack everything together in a backpack. I don’t fit into any box – I am evores.
